a group of dedicated volunteers, active since 2019, with the aim of supporting young people to take responsibility in sport and for their lives.
We would like to thank all those who help us to run our camps and support us in the expansion and growth of this unique concept – both financially and in terms of personnel. In the spirit of our claim to promote equal opportunities, we would like to make it possible for young people from social areas affected by poverty to participate. We also want to grow and bring the ANSTOSS vision to other cities.
If you are looking for a support project or you are looking for a volunteer position in a great team that combines social participation, movement promotion and character building, we would be happy to talk to you.
In addition to the futsal camp, which prepares participants for training through soft skills and student-led training responsibility, ANSTOSS has another impact mechanism:
Almost 90% of our participants from the pilot camp in March 2020 state that they would like to be involved beyond the camp. 40% are currently looking for an extracurricular job or a way to “boost” their CV for the training. This prompted us to found the “Captains Network”, a cooperation platform of clubs, tenth graders and local primary schools, where our “captains” are regularly responsible for training sessions for primary school students as an after-school activity. In this way, we create cross-grade meeting spaces and offer young people the opportunity to take on responsibility and get involved in society.
